BIBLE TEXT: PSALM 139: 14 - 16

Ps.139.14 I thank you, High God--you're breathtaking! Body and soul, I am marvelously made! I worship in adoration--what a creation! (MSB)

Ps.139.15 You know me inside and out, you know every bone in my body; You know exactly how I was made, bit by bit, how I was sculpted from nothing into something. (MSB)

Ps.139.16 Like an open book, you watched me grow from conception to birth; all the stages of my life were spread out before you, The days of my life all prepared before I'd even lived one day. (MSB)

It's easy to get carried away by the society's perception of beauty and handsomeness.

Six packs, six feet, wide hips, big cup breast, and a sexy body to die for. You begin to see yourself as less. Less beautiful, less worthy, less deserving of being loved, but what if it's just in your head?

Beauty is deeper than the skin, and we all have unique features that makes us different and wonderful.

Don't let anyone make you feel less because your beauty/ handsomeness does not conform to the society's standard.

Comparing your beauty to someone else's will also rub you of true happiness, and make you competitive. We are all beautiful in our own way.

DECLARATION

I'm a son/daughter God Most High, and I'm wonderfully and fearfully made. I do not allow my physical imperfections to influence my perception of beauty and grace. I wear my crown majestically, and do not bow to pressure to conform.
