Person Specifications

• The Facility Manager will be involved in the day-to-day operations, particularly in relation to the buildings and the premises.
• Areas of responsibility include management & maintenance of: buildings and grounds; cleaning/waste disposal; health and safety; space management and utilities.
• Our Facility Manager plans, directs, coordinates and controls all facility maintenance to ensure proper safety, sanitation, and mechanical functions

Requirements:
• Minimum of B.Sc./HND in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Building/Estate Management or other related degrees
• Minimum of 3 years relative experience; previous experience in a Properties Management firm is highly desired and an added advantage.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years relative experience in a previous role in a fast-paced environment
• Highly Computer Literate
• Good customer relation
• Good organizational skills
• B.Sc./HND in Office Technology Management, Business Administration or Computer Science
